Russia busts card fraud ring that included an infamous hacker


Russia tends to flip a blind sight to some fraudsters and hackers, but it unquestionably moral clamped down on a particularly large neighborhood. Investigators have charged at least 25 folks involved in a credit ranking card fraud ring that included a notorious hacker. While Russian authorities didn’t provide a formal record of these caught in the bust, data and security blogger Andrey Sporov have revealed that this sort of arrsted was Alexey Stroganov, also known as “Flint.” As aKrebs on Safetysource said, Stroganov apparently had a stake in “almost each major [card] hack” from the past 10 years, and sent “hundreds of thousands and thousands of dollars” via the seized cryptocurrency exchange BTC-e.
