Star Wars: Jedi Academy, released back in 2003 on the PC and Xbox, has handiest good been ported to the Nintendo Switch. And, uh, somehow PC players have been able to connect to console multiplayer servers.

AsPC Gamerfile, PC players have been able to connect immediately to the IP of the servers being frail for the Switch model, and with it being the same game on both platforms, have been able to play immediately against console opposition.

The outcomes are…as you’d question, given both their abilities and mouse + keyboard controls.

I frail to be in aStar Warsclan a looooooooong time ago, and whereas I mostly flew starfighters, the Jedi players have been on some next-level shit. And that wasthen. Anyone who has stuck around and honed their talents over the last 20-outlandish years need to be some kind of automated assassinate machine.

Understandably, Switch players are no longer happy, with many calling for the PC players to be blocked by stopping their means of connecting to the console servers.

Which…OK, nonetheless also, let these grizzled faded veterans have their time in the sun.
